September 9

Jerry and Lynn Jones will be here at South Fork in just two weeks!  Their “Relationships Matter” seminar is Sunday through Wednesday, Sept. 23-26.  Bible classes and the worship assembly will take place at the regular times on Sunday morning, and the afternoon/evening sessions on Sunday will begin at 3 PM.  Please note that the evening sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday will begin at 6:30. There will be two sessions each of those nights and the sessions will wrap up at 8:30, giving our parents a little extra time to get our kids home and in bed a little earlier.

Have you registered yet? The answer to that should be a resounding YES!!! But for most it is not. As I write this we have only 17 family units that have signed up. We are only two weeks away, and registering is easier than ever!! We have online sign-up available, and I hope that many of you will sign up online right away.  It only takes a few minutes. We especially need to know how many children will need child care for each session and how many will attend the dinner Sunday evening.

The web link to sign up online is There is also a link to this online sign-up on our South Fork Church of Christ Facebook page.

And we have flyers and registration forms available as well. You can give them to me or leave them in the office notes basket in the foyer. Please feel free to copy these or ask for more and hand them out to friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. And email the flyer to your friends and family members as well.

And remember, we need help in different aspects of this seminar. If you can help in areas such as Registration, Greeters, Welcome Packets, Snacks, Child Care, etc., please contact me and volunteer. And here’s a “one-liner” from Jerry and Lynn:

“Forgiveness is giving up your right to be hurt.”
